Conference Call to Discuss Rules of Conduct Set for Feb 25 and 26


NMLS is hosting a conference call on February 25 at 3pm ET and again on February 26 at 11 am ET.  The purpose of the calls is to review and answer questions regarding the newly released NMLS Rules of Conduct for Students (ROC) and the accompanying FAQs.  The documents are posted on the Provider’s Section of the NMLS Resource Center and we recommend reviewing them before the call.  To participate, please RSVP to Mike Bray (mbray@csbs.org) with your name, email address, and the date of the call you’ll be attending.

Notice Posted Regarding Proposed Change to the Functional Spec on Webinar Courses and Request for Comments


On January 13, 2015, NMLS held a conference call with course providers that offer classroom equivalent (webinar) courses to review changes that had been made to the Functional Specification. A primary focus of the call was to discuss the technical requirements associated with requiring both the instructor and student(s) to employ web cams. The purpose of this notice is to propose a change to the Functional Specification and to solicit final comments by Friday, February 13, 2015. The notice may be found here.
